Straight answers
The questions that come up before almost every project, answered plainly.
Short, honest answers to the questions owners around the lake ask most. If yours isn't here, send it along.
Who will I actually work with?
Roger Johnson, start to finish. He plans the site, writes the first draft of the copy, codes it and answers the phone when you call.
Do you only work with Tega Cay businesses?
No. Clients come from all over, and this site focuses on Tega Cay and the York County side of Lake Wylie. The studio itself is in Mooresville, NC.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo if you have one, a set of photos, a list of services and about half an hour on the phone. Roger handles the rest and tells you exactly when feedback is needed.
Can I edit the site myself?
You can, but most owners just text or email the change and it's handled as part of site care.
Will my site show up on Google right away?
It will be set up to be found, with a sitemap, titles and Search Console connected at launch. Ranking for competitive searches takes time and steady work, which is what local SEO covers.
Do you write the words?
Yes, if you'd like. Roger drafts the copy from your kickoff call and you edit it. You know the business; he knows how people search for it.
How does payment work?
Half when you approve the fixed written quote, and half when the finished site is delivered for your review. The pricing page has the details.
Will you manage my Google listing for me?
We coach rather than take over. You get the playbook and Roger's help, and you remain the only manager.
What if I already have a website?
Send the address. Sometimes a few changes are all it needs, and you'll hear that plainly.

Got a business near the lake? Say hello.
Two or three sentences will do. Roger checks your existing website or map listing, then emails back the first change he'd tackle, plus a locked-in price whenever you're ready for one.
