Why so little can go wrong
Lots of local business websites are stitched together from a purchased template plus a pile of extras from different vendors, and every piece gets revised whenever its maker feels like it. Sooner or later two pieces disagree and something stops working. Our hand-coded pages are simple static files. There's no admin login to break into and no database underneath, which leaves almost nothing to go wrong.
Need a change?

Plan levels
Care comes in a handful of levels that scale with how big the site is. Your written quote says which level you'd be on, and the pricing page walks through how a quote is built. If you're on monthly SEO, hosting and care come bundled in.

Which changes are included?
Updated hours, a reworded service blurb, new pictures, a new team member, a holiday or seasonal message. An entirely new page or feature gets its own quote first.
And if the website stops loading?
Roger gets an automatic alert and fixes it. Static hand-coded sites seldom run into trouble, since there's no database or add-on in the mix.
Will you host a website someone else made?
Generally no. The plans are designed for sites we've coded ourselves. If you're on a drag-and-drop platform now, Roger is happy to talk over whether switching is worth it.
